Leipzig and Marengo are two very good choices to begin with, IMHO (I was a playtester on Marengo). They both have a ton of different historical battles and scenarios Leipzig gives you every major army of the period except the British and Marengo has the French, Austrians, and Russians. both have bat...

Race to the Sea Question

I have played this scenario 3 time and it is one of my favorites. I have not been able to find too much written about this campaign in English. Does anyone have some good sources on this?

Yes, the Verdun conversation is interesting. I do think that the long, grinding attritional battles of the middle of the war could possibly be playable at this scale. The Panzer Battle scale is also intriguing. I think it is assumed by most of us that Galicia 1914 is the next title. After that, I wo...
