Strange question, but I wonder if one can play both sides as human player in a sceanario? Perhaps by sending files to oneself?
I would like to see how a battle develops if both sides behave like in reality.
Can you play against yourself?
Re: Can you play against yourself?
Certainly. Simply start a scenario in the default, non-multiplayer, mode and start playing. You can also switch FOW on by changing the AI side to the side you're not playing as at that time. Just be sure to switch the AI off before you end the turn.
Hotseat works as well.

Actually I did this a lot before I discovered pbem gaming.
Just used Hotseat play, the same way I used to play with my local gaming friends before I had two computers to use the LAN feature.
No different than what I did when playing a new boardgame to learn the rules.

The only problem is that this isn’t a board game. Uts easy to play yourself on a board game ‘cause you move takes three hours and you forget what your opponent (yourself) was trying.
Video games are so much better and faster, you actually enjoy and remember what you were planning. I'm sorry

Thank you all for your answer. Well, for me Panzer Campaigns is mostly about studying the battles and the involved units. Playing the game is of course also an important and pleasant factor, but most of all it gives me insight in the operations.
