1776 troop movement

I am currently trying to play all of the 1776 battles in historical order. Generally enjoying it very much but I am in the middle of the Germantown senario and my arthritis is killing me trying to do road movement for each and every individual unit. There are a LOT in this one and it is primarily road movement. Is there a way to use organization to move them by groups? Perhaps something I am missing?

Select the first unit in the stack, press & hold the Alt key then right click a ways down the road. The entire column will move.

There's caveats for this - for example if the Div. commander is on top of the stack then the entire Division will move. If only a Brigade commander, then just that brigade.

Can be used in any terrain, but I generally only use it for Road movement, as you can become disordered in obstructed terrain.

And it has so very much speeded up my play, allowing me to get several turns done in the time I was doing one. Much more enjoyable now. Thanks again for the assist Rich!
