"Setup requred," okay, how do I "setup?"

Just checking out the demo, decided to try the Siivertsi scenario as the Red Army. Reinforcing 122 mm artillery arrives at the end of Turn One, but when placed, the unit is inscribed "Setup Required" and sure enough, is not available through the Artillery Dialogue. The manual, alas, apparently doesn't tell one how to "Setup" reinforcing artillery. What do I have to do? There doesn't appear to be any relevant command on the command bar, and the units are already unlimbered on arrival (neat trick, that), so that isn't it.

No action required - the guns will setup automatically, based on a probability set on the Parameter Data. The check is done at the beginning of each turn. The process is explained on page 85 of the user manual under "Artillery Setup".
