one keyboard shortcut two functions?

I think it needs improvement

The "Next ... Ctrl+T" is a known issue already fixed in later versions (perhaps not yet released to the public). It should read: "Next ... Ctrl+N".

The next problem is with the shortcut ctrl+space (Roaming Mode)- not work

The 0 (zero) number key on the number keypad should also give you the same as CTRL T for putting units into transport mode. One key stroke. A lit easier.

We have checked this and it is working in all our versions. Did you update an existing installation or is this a clean install?
