More Dramatic Tactical nuclear?

Has anyone tried Modding the Chemical and Nuclear weapons effects in Danube85, and if it can be done, can someone give me a guide to how to do this?

I.E. As a newcomer to Modern Campaigns, I was disappointed to see no dramatic explosion and/or sound effects with the Tactical Nuclear Weapons. Maybe a bright flash or distinctive sound, and for the Chemical some evil looking green smoke? (At least when I'm losing,(yet again), I could maybe get a little devious satisfaction from this;)
