Is MC still 1 hex= 1 Mile? I notice the new user manual says it's 1km and visibility is given in kms but the map is still scaled for 1hex/miles I think, otherwise Berlin is a bit small. It's to scale if it's miles though.

It is still 1 hex = 1 mile. That's a typo in the documentation which will get fixed for the next round of updates.
