Virtual supply trucks movement type

Dear friends:

On Virtual Supply Trucks manual says: "The rule computes a path of minimum movement cost for a motorized unit in Travel Mode between the Supply Sources and the location of friendly forces on the map."

But it seems that it is horse movement costs what is computed. Is this guess correct?

It looks sounder for 1914.

(What I miss is that rail transportation is not computed. You should use explicit supply if you want rail resources to carry supplies)
