Jison light Mods - info/screen/units bars and flags

Hello, following Hunter9502's last post about my Mods for Orel, here are the ones I created for for the latest titles that haven't been "processed" by Jison (Japan 46, Rzhev, Kiev, Sheldt, Orel, Mius, Rumyatzev, Philipinnes). It's not perfect, but it's something. As with the Orel 43 version mentioned in your previous message, all I've done here is modify the info bars, unit backgrounds and turn change mini-screen (no maps change). They can be installed with JSGME or by copying the files to the right places.

- Since yesterday, Orel's horizontal info bar has been light refined. This mods is inclued in this link too, You can still reload the Mods if necessary.
- I'm having trouble finding the program and the "graphic touch" to give the titles (Rumyantzev-Philippines) an "old book" look and blend them into the info bar, but I'm getting by with Paint.net. If anyone knows how to do it, it would be great...
