Besides ES which other SB titles do you recommend?

I'm enjoying ES.

Any of the other SB titles have a good selection of user mods and campaigns?

I'm enjoying ES and would like to try some of the other WW2 SB titles.

Which are the best according to you guys?

I like Red Victory and Modern Wars. I don't think they have campaigns though. At least I never looked.

The Pacific games; Pacific War and the Proud and Few are also good! So are the Vietnam titles.

There is something for everyone in the SB game system which I like. There are also some good MODS out there developed by Warhorse.

Yes:

Pacific War has the above 3 listed campaigns.

Red Victory also has 3, and Advance of the Reich just had one added in the last round of updates. It did not have one previously.
