Here is another scenario by Ozgur Budak, The Mad Minute, converted to SBWW2 West Front based on Eagles Strike.
Descriptiion-
LONGCHAMPS, BELGIUM, 3 JANUARY 1945\\The Germans were growing
increasingly desperate to crack Bastogne. At Longchamps, a scratch
force of paratroopers and anti-tank gunners supported by a few
tank destroyers had been assaulted sporadically since 19 December.
Dug into the snow along the edge of the village, the weary Americans
now watched as an armored force deployed off the road from Compogne
in the fields to the north of Longchamps. Orders went to the
gun crews to engage the armor as soon as it was in range. Within
minutes a fierce firefight developed as the armored force drove
into the American positions.
Uses Winter Camo with JSGME before
starting up scenario.
Americans vs Waffen SS, SS move first.

Hi All,
Another scenario for SBWW2 West Front, desert action.
[10 June, 1942. Bir el Harmat, south of the Knightsbridge "Box"]:H2H
or British.
The Italian tanks fielded in the African desert were
very inferior to their Allied counterparts, being riveted in
construction, and carrying weaker guns. They were supplemented
with Semovente organized in Gruppo (Battalion) in the various
armored Divisions. Being heavier armored, and lower silhouette
making it harder to hit, it was a God send. However, there were
never enough to go around, but when the allies did encounter
them, they were a force to be reckoned with!
An armored force from 1st and 6th RTR, 4th Armoured Brigade were sent to attack
an Italian position, and encountered a group of such vehicles...
Uses Desert Battles with JSGME before starting the scenario.
No HEAT ammo allowed for the Italians.
British vs. Italians, British move first.

Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
@Warhorse.
Thanks as always for doing these - excellent work.
Just a quick question, please, regarding installation:
I have installed your SBWW2 West Front programme into my WDS folder, so it sits separately from Eagles Strike, Tobruk '41, Campaign Waterloo, etc.
Is that correct, or should it sit inside the ES folder itself?
Should the scenario *.zip files be extracted into this SBWW2 folder or into the ES folder?
In either case, should the files be unzipped into the base folder of either of the above or into a specific sub-folder?
For example, I have unzipped "Breakthrough!" into both the SBWW2 and ES root folders, but I can't find a scenario entitled "Breakthrough!".
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks as always for doing these - excellent work.

Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
Hello! Yes you did right, the SBWW2 West Front and also the two East Front titles will be in their own folders!Russkly wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 6:56 am @Warhorse.

All the scenarios I post here have what game they go in listed in the header, also with the scenario description, listing any submods it needs through JSGME to play. You install those with JSGME before loading a scenario.
All scenarios are set up with the proper folder hierarchy, so all you do is unzip into the main game folder, they will go where they are supposed to!
In the title of my post for each is the name of the scenario, and also the file name.
Hope this helps?

Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
The scenario will not work in the stock ES game though, too many differences, it is designed, as all in the scenario thread, for SBWW2 versions. It uses Desert Battles with JSGME found in the main game folder, before starting up the game.

Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
Thanks once again, Warhorse.
So, I unzipped the Breakthrough scenario directly into the SBWW2 West Front folder. It asked if I wanted to replace 4 files in the destination folder, which I did.
However, when I search the SBWW2/Scenarios folder in Windows Explorer, I can't find Breakthrough! and nor does appear in the in-game scenario list when I launch SBWW2 WF.
I must be doing something wrong...

You are probably looking for the wrong title (Breakthrough). You have to look for the file name which seems to be (WD)421206-Tunisia.scn.
Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
I see! That would explain it.Sunbather wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 9:56 amRusskly wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 9:04 am Thanks once again, Warhorse.

So, how do we know what file name to look for if it's different from the scenario title listed in your posts?! Most of your scenarios do have a filename included but, for example, Breakthrough! and Deadly Squeezeplay don't appear to, at least not that I can see.
Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
Just look at the file name of the scenario that you've downloaded. You can also easily change its name and then it will show under that name in the list.Russkly wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 10:04 am

Remember that there are two names for the scenarios: one is the file name (which you see in the list) and one is the actual scenario name (shown above left of the description).
Re: SBWW2 MOD Scenario's.
So all my headers have first, the file name in the announcement, then the actual scenario name that shows up when you click on the filename in the scenario selection dialog. I do this so I have a format for for all my files making it much easier to locate them!Russkly wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 10:04 amI see!
