The Eastern Front

Post by CanuckGamer »

I have had War on the Southern Front for years and found it very bland so only played it for a short time. WDS should release one on the eastern front in WW2 and make some changes to the game system and graphics so that the Strategic War series games are more interesting to play.

An update is in the near future. Among other topics, you can read all about it here: https://wargameds.com/blogs/news/news-shorts and here: https://wargameds.com/blogs/news/2024-q ... one-update

As far as I know, a release date hasn't been announced.

I am with CanuckGamer on this 100%. If this series was brought up to at least War in the East 2 interface standards / ease of use, but at this scale it would crush the market, IMHO.

Agreeing with what Zemke said, if the series could get up to par with the interface standards of something like War in the East 2, it could really make a mark. Looks like there might be some updates coming, but we’ll have to wait and see how far they go with them.
