I'm not sure how potential corrections for the PzC games should be communciated, but unless the following are intended, they could probably be corrected in the France 40 game:
- In scenario #0510_06B_WDS "The boldest coup", on Turn 1 the Allied player receives some single use bridge destruction teams. However, some of them, namely the ones arriving at hex 37.11 and at hex 36.12, arrive in travel model. This prohibits them to destroy the bridges assigned to them (as they disappear at the end of the turn again).
- Hex 16,27 (in the same scenario) is labeled as "Tongeran". However, this should be "Tongeren".
- The map used In scenario #0510_03_Dyle line_alt has an oddity in hex 313.2: while there is a bridge on the border to hex 313.3, there is no water between teh hexes. Is the canal (which is between hexes 313.3/314.2 and 312.2/313.2) not to be continued here? (not sure how I can add an image here to illustrate the issue....)
France 40 Corrections?
Re: France 40 Corrections?
Normally, an email to WDS Support is a good idea but in this instance I've passed the info on for you.DirkGaming wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 12:02 pm I'm not sure how potential corrections for the PzC games should be communciated, but unless the following are intended, they could probably be corrected in the France 40 game:

Here are the corrected files. These will be included in the upcoming France '40 4.04 release.DirkGaming wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 12:02 pm I'm not sure how potential corrections for the PzC games should be communciated, but unless the following are intended, they could probably be corrected in the France 40 game:

Re: France 40 Corrections?
Hi,
as we can expect some improvements for France 40, i wanted to suggest a minor change on the map.
In the 4.04, i see a missing railway between Menen and Tourcoing (sorry, didn't success to show the picture directly)
https://imgur.com/kYjJc56
This railway existed in 1940, and as it had a standart gauge, i think is worth to add it. (see more informations here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somain%E2 ... in_railway
so I propose this route, from Tourcoing to Menen, with a bridge on the Lys River

I used this old french map (https://remonterletemps.ign.fr/comparer ... &mode=dub1) for the path.

Will corresctions from this thread: https://forum.wargameds.com/viewtopic.php?t=1425 will be included?
Re: France 40 Corrections?
That will be up to Mike Prucha, the developer. He needs to validate the requested changes are correct.M_T wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 4:48 pm Will corresctions from this thread: https://forum.wargameds.com/viewtopic.php?t=1425 will be included?
