The second one nics the Panzer Lehr help altogether, since in reality they didn't participate. This one only has elements of the 26th Volksgrenadier and the 5th Fallschirmjager who were on either side of a line through Wiltz dividing areas of operation between two armies. Less armored, more infantry tactics so more turns to accommodate that.
