remove the Data, Scenario, and Country folders from that new copy,

I have the Data folder and a Scenarios (with an 's on the end) folder, but no Country folder. Am I missing something?

Sounds like maybe your zip extraction program didn't finish? Try Winzip.

The Country Folder actually means all the different nations folders (German, German SS, Russian, Luftwaffe, etc.)

I have downloaded this and started up the Mokra scenario. I see that Stab Schutzen-Rgt 12 has no symbol or picture for the unit. (Probably true for all regimental HQs). Not a problem, the functionality is unimpaired, but you might want to fix that.

This is great stuff, by the way, color me interested for more such mods!

You're welcome, going to be touching on Korean War next, and possibly Cold War mods, lots of graphics though! The data is the easy part!

It looks like that is the only HQ that has no symbol.

But I'm finding that none of my units can call in artillery fire on Polish positions, even when in sight and the spotting unit has not moved. But I can call in air support just fine.

Weird, not seeing that?! Do you have fire by map checked?

No, I don't. But it appears that only the artillery HQs (the bn and rgt HQs) can spot for the artillery regiment. Is this intended? Did the Germans not have FOs down to at least company level by this time? HQ spotting would make sense even if every platoon can't.
I can fire the mortars, their subordinate units spot just fine.
