Also my credit card!

A lot of anticipation for this one. Waiting ... waiting ... waiting ... still waiting. No vaporware from WDS? I hope you still have plans for its release! At least give us an update!

Re: Panzer Battles Moscow?
I have a request for PB Moscow. Please include the Pz IVF2 and StuG IIIF for alternate scenarios. They weren't available at the time, I know, but please include them in the editor.Strela wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 3:42 am Panzer Battles Moscow is the next title. We have so much content we are looking at splitting it into two titles currently. That will allow us to get volume one out 'quicker'.
Unfortunately I am the reason it is currently only inching forward. I have been fully focused on the latest PzC/MC/FWWC/PzB releases and patches and also pulling together what will be quite gargantuan Squad Battles patches. We will only have the East Front SqB titles ready for the first round with the rest being a part-time job for me - while I try and get behind getting PzB Moscow completed.
The map is getting expanded again (east of Rzhev) which will allow us to handle the battles properly in that area and potentially do an Operation Mars game sometime in the future.
How we split the two titles up is yet to be determined, but expect one to be focused on 1941 primarily, at least Typhoon and possibly include December, and the other on 1942 and the bulk of the Soviet counterattack.
My first task when back in the saddle is to go through the existing content and allocate it to each title. We will then focus on what else we need for volume one first.
What I can say is that the scenarios play really well and it is a very different feel to the Panzer Campaigns Moscow '41 & '42 titles.
We have the map and bulk of the OOB completed for another iconic Eastern Front battle (late war) but that is yet to have designer resources allocated to it.
And yes, Market-Garden is in the discussion mix, particularly with the OOB work that was done for that operation in PzC Scheldt '44.

I agree. An update would be highly appreciated. Especially since Panzer Battles is growing more and more on me. It has a HUGE potential. Even Stalingrad would be possible with this scale.

We did provide an update in our Q2 Review; https://wargameds.com/blogs/news/2024-q ... two-update

I think there will be a Q4 review (as every year), and _maybe_ there might be updated information available on PzB Moscow. At least that is my wish for Xmas...
Re: Panzer Battles Moscow?
Yeah, this one (or two now?) has been simmering for a while. Don't get me wrong--that's probably a good thing, given the complexity of making everything work right. For fans of the game system of course it's also disappointing at the same time.
I think the Panzer Battles system is about the best iteration of the overall Tiller approach to wargames, so new additions are always highly anticipated.

I agree that Panzer Battles series needs lots more titles.
