WDS Menu Problem

The current version cannot open The First Blitzkrieg Main Program.

Mine opens just fine, you have the latest version?

Can you please check your installation locations? The Menu program must be installed in the root of where the games are. I.e.:

C:\WDS\

Will see everything in that folder tree up to 2 levels deep.

For me, I have all my games in: D:\Games

D:\Games\WWII\The First Blitzkrieg (for example)

So with the menu program installed to D:\Games it picks it up fine.

I don't have any problems with the WDS Menu at this point with some 60 games currently installed.
I have my WDS folder divided by game series with the Menu installed in the main folder.



This results in the Menu looking a bit different but it keeps all the folder sizes manageable and so far no problems with the latest version of Menu.



I just have to make sure I navigate to the correct folder for updates.

I unistalled The First Blitzgrieg and the WDS Menu. Reinstalled both and the same problem. Everything opens except the Main Program. The WDS Menu exe file is in the WDS folder. All my other WDS games will open using the Menu program

I found the solution should someone else have this problem. Right mouse click on the menu.exe file and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab. Select the "Run this program as an administrator" option.
