Looks like our provider is having delays with sending out the Order Download emails that also include your serial numbers. We've submitted a ticket for them to look into what is happening and hope to have that resolved soon.
In the mean time, you can access your new order by logging into your Store account. It will be listed in your order history and will give you a link for the download and serial number. The address to do that is:

Seems this is a "domino effect" - FetchApp, our application distribution provider, uses a third party for their mail routing, who uses another party for a component service, etc. ...and who knows how far this goes back. But there is a key failure impacting many business right now - about 3.5 hours into it so far. All of the emails are being "queued" and will eventually show up when the situation is resolved - but logging into your Store account is definitely the immediate solution.

Thank you for this feature.
