Does WOLFPACK have German aircraft Brit A/C on bow?

FW 200 Condors specifically or Brit merchants that can launch one fighter (name escapes me)that had a catapult on bow?
Is it possible to add such a units with tools coming with this game?
I know I added extra landing rocket ships LSMR's in my Japan 45 and 46.

Yes, there are German aircraft available, including FW-200.

Likewise, there are a few merchant ships that can do that for the allies
To wit:
Allied CAM 1 seaplane
Allied MAC and Allied Oiler MAC can operate as carriers with very low plane capacity.
