The Stony Brook STREAM hex sides are NOT discernible on 2D maps, nor displayed in HEX INFO Boxes in the Princeton scen.(035 H)

This is because they are Frozen and are able to be moved over.

Yes true, with the same movement point costs as liquid H2o. Figured that out the hard way. They DO show in the 3D views. But the move cost should be MORE obvious.
