Renaissance Swedish and Polish flags/unit boxes

Hello I am planning to do a lets play with a someone on youtube . We were planning do do the battle of Kokenhausen but all the flags are for the English/French/Spanish. I am just wondering if anyone has molded for the Polish-Swedish war and might be able to share?

I made some modifications myself . This just replaces the English, Spanish and French part of the images so you would only want to use these for this particular scenario. Let me know if you would like a copy of the files
