Panzer Campaigns: Invasion of Tōkyō
Re: Panzer Campaigns: Invasion of Tōkyō
I was ill for two weeks, then went home. That was why I couldn't post this before.
Episode 14
Shelling, bombing and moving forwards didn't stop. They put one of the half(?) battalions of marine out of Fujisawa, so we could move forwards there for a bit. We still struggle moving forwards in Kamakura, but I think it will change in the 6th.
Some tanks, anti-air and artillery have arrived. Until the dawn of the 6th, these are all of the troops that we shall have.
Good evening everyone.

What's your plan for the remaining units on the coast north of Sheridan Beach? Pushing through the rice paddies is a pain. Do you push ahead or just leave a blocking force amd wait for reinforcements?
Re: Panzer Campaigns: Invasion of Tōkyō
I am thinking of waiting for reinforcements, which should come in a few days.
Re: Panzer Campaigns: Invasion of Tōkyō
Episode 15 - End of the Fourth Day
Japanese marines started to push back.
05/03/1946, 0400. The sun rises. The ground is still soft with 4 kilometre line of sight.

Episode 16
The sun rises, there are now two of them.
We used our carpet bombers upon Japanese marines as if there is no tomorrow. We could disrupt most of them and found a way to put the battalion that has been isolated out of their isolation.
We could also fully occupied Fujisawa.

Episode 17
They started to re-occupy Fujisawa. Marines are OP, nerf pl0x*. We had to throw many carpets at them.
05/03/1946, 2000. The sun sets. It lets x=5.
*Not really. They are managable, in my opinion. But I don't know what a real player can do with them.

Episode 19
The sun rises, and so do I.
4 divisions have arrived. I hope they can relieve the pressure upon our troops. Let me pray for it.

I shall stream other episodes directly through YouTube (instead of Twitch then uploading to YouTube) because of the advice of a friend of mine. They shall still be in written form as forum posts just like the previous episodes.
Re: Panzer Campaigns: Invasion of Tōkyō
How on Earth 5 days into the US invasion the Japs air and naval losses are zero?
I would expect ferocious kamikaze attacks in such scenario.
